Your registration fee includes the opening reception on the night of November 19th as well as the two-day conference on November 20th and 21st.
For our foreign visitors that need a visa to come to the U.S., we have registered SCENTworld 2009 with the U.S. Department of State. This DOES NOT ELIMINATE THE NEED TO APPLY FOR A VISA, but it makes the process somewhat easier. When you come to the U.S. Consulate they will know about the event and have details available. Upon request we gladly send you a letter of invitation.
