Exhibitors
We have a total of 2,625sft of exhibit space with a ceiling height of 9ft at our disposal in the lobby just outside the General Assembly area. The area is completely private and exclusive to us.
The picture below gives you an impression of the empty area.
As in the previous years we will serve breakfast and snacks during breaks in that area so our exhibitors have the full attention of out attendees.
We are happy to report that our Art Salon "SENSATE" will be installed in that same area so we can considerably lighten up the layout and attract more traffic.
Due to the low ceiling height we will not have the traditional (and somewhat restrictive) "Pipe and Drape" setup.
The size for a regular booth is 10 x 10 feet, other sizes can be easily acommodated. The cost per 10 x 10 booth is $2,500.
